Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring In-Store Brand Ambassadors across Canada to represent one of the country’s most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate them about credit cards, and guide them toward the right product while delivering an outstanding experience.

The role requires a natural connector who thrives in conversations, with a strong customer focus and willingness to undergo background checks.

Qualifications

• Natural connector energized by meeting new people and starting conversations.
• Comfortable with sales goals and the challenge of exceeding them.
• Strong communicator who listens well and adapts approach to the customer.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset.
• Professional and discreet with confidential information.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal and credit background check.
• Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback.
• Access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the retail floor and explain benefits of the financial product.
• Listen to needs and guide to an appropriate product.
• Become the in-store expert for customers and staff.
• Drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition through conversations.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience from intro to application.
• Build relationships with store teams across locations.
• Handle customer information with confidentiality.
• Flex across multiple locations as needed.
