Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring In-Store Brand Ambassadors across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. This people-first role focuses on engaging, educating, and inspiring action with customers on the retail floor.

Responsibilities include guiding customers to suitable financial products, becoming the in-store expert, and driving brand awareness while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not required.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Comfortable meeting sales targets and pursuing ambitious goals.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers on the retail floor and share benefits of the financial product.
• Listen to customer needs and guide them toward a suitable product.
• Become the in-store expert so customers and staff see you as the go-to resource.
• Drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition through one-on-one conversations.
