Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated field marketing representatives to educate customers in-store and promote President’s Choice Financial products on behalf of a trusted Canadian brand. You will create excitement, build connections, and drive in-store engagement.

The role offers base pay with commission, flexible schedule, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Candidates should be outgoing, customer-focused, with at least one year in sales, and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in financial or retail is preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is an asset.
• Interest in career growth through training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on President’s Choice Financial products in-store.
• Understand customers' needs to recommend appropriate products.
• Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.
• Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness as a brand ambassador.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with store personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
