YuJa Inc. is seeking an in-house Legal Counsel to oversee the preparation, negotiation and execution of all contracts. You will negotiate software licensing terms, RFPs, and general commercial agreements while aligning with our company goals and risk controls.
You will provide day-to-day legal advice to management, draft a variety of legal documents, and help shape contract strategy across product sales, licensing and services in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As an In-house Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of all contracts. You will negotiate general commercial terms with our finance and business groups, ensure legal compliance, and set official contract strategies and have a broad range of responsibilities providing transactional support, day-to-day advice to management, and negotiation for our product sales, licensing and services. You will also work on making sure contracts are in line with our larger company goals and philosophies while mitigating risks whenever possible along with reviewing contract terms and updating them to fit legal needs.

This is an office-based role with standard hours from Monday to Friday.
