Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. All appointments are set by our in-house call center—no cold calling, no door knocking. You show up, run the process, and close.

Earn On-Target-O earnings of $150,000–$250,000 with uncapped commissions, plus a $500 weekly draw against commission and monthly bonuses. Paid training in Charlotte, NC, with ongoing coaching and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales or closings; track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Ability to present solutions and financing to homeowners in their living room.
• Comfortable guiding homeowners through a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Meet 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners per week.
• Close on the first visit using a proven closing system.
• Travel to Charlotte, NC for paid two-week training.
• Handle pre-qualified appointments and convert into installations.
