Qualifications

• Education: 2+ year post‑secondary diploma or degree.
• Experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is an asset.
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
• Clear Criminal Records Check and Children’s Services Intervention Record Check.
• Vehicle insurance with $2 million liability and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Personalised Support: assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Community Integration: support participation in community activities and social connections.
• Skill Development: implement life skills plans and adjust as needed.
• Transportation: provide reliable transport to appointments and events.
