VON Canada is seeking a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) to deliver person-centred care in clients' homes across Nova Scotia. You will support daily living, help develop care plans, assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping, visiting multiple clients throughout the day.

The role requires CCA certification, willingness to drive with a personal vehicle, a Standard First Aid or CPR-C, and a clean Vulnerable Sector Check.

Qualifications

• CCA certification required.
• Current Standard First Aid or CPR-C required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Provide home-based care to clients.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and activities of daily living.
• Develop and follow care plans with healthcare teams.
• Support nutritious meals and light housekeeping.
• Ensure a safe home environment and monitor client well-being.
