Job summary

Telecon Inc. in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is seeking a Project Manager with hands-on Structured Cabling experience to join our Wireline team in-office.

The role focuses on coordinating small to medium scale projects, managing customer interactions, planning, scheduling, change management, costs, and ensuring compliance with contracts and industry standards. Travel across the region may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field supervision and project management experience.
• Hands-on structured cabling and/or telecom project exposure.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and lead teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with customers, teams, and subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule, and track project progress and costs.
• Ensure health and safety and quality compliance.
• Manage changes, estimate preparation, and procurement.
• Lead team leads toward company goals and foster communication.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure profitable project delivery.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and risks.
• Uphold company standards and procedures throughout projects.
