Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is expanding its Client Implementation team in Montreal. The Client Implementation Specialist will manage the full implementation lifecycle, acting as the primary contact for new clients during go-live and ensuring successful onboarding of payroll, HR, and benefits services.

Responsibilities include setting up client shells, payroll runs, CRM updates, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years related experience required.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes Client shell setup and dashboard creation in Prism (HRIS) for new clients.
• Manages multiple client implementations, runs first payrolls, and trains newly onboarded clients.
• Acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders and clients.
• Develops and executes implementation project plans.
• Consults with clients to determine payroll, HR, and benefit needs and recommends appropriate solutions.
• Maintains Client Space (CRM) by updating milestones, tasks, and other items.
• Works with Business Consultant to initiate the Client Implementation process.
• Reviews and audits Client payroll and HR data for accuracy.
• Understands Service Types and Service Model to facilitate client transition to ongoing service.

Position Summary

The Client Implementation Specialist is responsible for engaging new clients and managing the full implementation phase. This position is the Client's main point of contact during implementation and is responsible for the overall client success and satisfaction during the implementation of our products/services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Completes Client shell set up and dashboard creation in Prism (HRIS) for new clients.
• Manages multiple client implementations, runs first payroll(s), and trains newly onboarded clients.
• Acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for developing and executing implementation project plan.
• Consults with clients to determine payroll, HR, and benefit needs and recognize Client business concerns to recommend and implement and appropriate solution.
• Maintains Client Space (CRM) by updating milestones, tasks, and other related items.
• Works with Business Consultant to initiate the Client Implementation process.
• Reviews and audits Client payroll and HR data for accuracy.
• Responsible for understanding our Service Types and Service Model, to better facilitate Client transition to the ongoing Service Model.
