Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business admin or related field.
• 3 years experience in a related position.
• Proficiency with Google Platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of PowerSchool Atrieve ERP platform.
• Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Knowledge of NLPS board policies and admin procedures (APs).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research and compile data analyses for messages, submissions and reports.
• Maintain electronic team calendars for appointments, trainings and bookings.
• Review and share referrals related to health pathways and contract providers.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and take messages accurately.
• Manage and track educational support resources and materials.
• Support budget maintenance and monitoring tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and meet deadlines.
