You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedules, and budgets, and partner with sponsors to deliver high-quality services and programs to clients. The ideal candidate has PM experience leading medium to large projects, a relevant degree, strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple

• PM experience leading medium to large projects
• University degree or diploma in business, engineering, IT or health field
• Demonstrated leadership, facilitation and motivation skills
• High initiative, decisiveness and business acumen
• Ability to manage multiple related projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsabilités

• Define scope with sponsors and identify stakeholders and deliverables
• Initiate and lead projects, run meetings and monitor schedules and resources
• Develop and monitor detailed work plans, timelines and budgets
• Define and manage project risks and barriers and resolve issues
• Ensure alignment of team activities with scope and deliverables
• Communicate effectively with team and stakeholders; prepare presentations
• Analyze and document business processes for improvements
• Perform business analysis to support decisions
• Develop business cases as required
