Job summary

Enersul L.P. is seeking a hands-on operator near Fox Creek, AB, to join a Berkshire Hathaway-backed Marmon Holdings industrial group.

This role demands safe, efficient operation of plant equipment on a 7-on/7-off 12-hour shift schedule, with days and nights alternating. The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 education, a valid Class 5 license, and experience with heavy equipment, railcars, and safety tickets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class 5) required.
• Railcar handling experience is an asset.
• ABSA 4th Class Power Engineering certification is an asset.
• Safety tickets (H2s Alive, First Aid, WHMIS) are assets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is used safely, effectively, and efficiently to maximize production and product quality.
• Particular attention paid to time management, quality of work, and housekeeping.
• Ability to understand and operate equipment and all aspects of the plant operation.
• Ensure that a continuous review of safe work procedures and practices is being done by themselves and other operators.
• Must be able to follow company policies, procedures and competency-based training programs.
• Timely and accurate completion of all paperwork generated by their daily duties.
