You will lead and support the delivery of meaningful environmental projects across Western Canada, building strong client relationships and mentoring junior staff in a collaborative, safety‑driven culture.

We offer a hybrid schedule, flexible work options, and competitive compensation. Wages vary by level: Junior $39–$45/hr, Intermediate $45–$56/hr, Senior $56–$72/hr, with benefits

Qualifications

• Experience working in environmental consulting.
• Knowledge of provincial and federal environmental standards and regulations.
• Experience leading project teams and supervising staff.
• Business development acumen (client relationships, proposals).
• Efffective writing for reports and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage diverse projects, teams, and tasks.
• Lead technical teams to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain client relationships for successful delivery and future opportunities.
• Advise clients on environmental Best Management Practices.
• Mentor and train project staff.
