Job summary

Leket Canada is seeking a highly organized professional to manage donor relations and fundraising support in Toronto and Montreal. The role focuses on maintaining and strengthening donor relationships — primarily in Toronto and Montreal — while ensuring smooth fundraising and program support.

You will work with the board and coordinate donor communications, acknowledgements, and impact reports, while maintaining accurate donor records in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, nonprofit administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for donors across Canada.
• Strengthen relationships with existing supporters.
• Coordinate donor communications, acknowledgements, and impact reports.
• Track donor follow-ups, pledges, and engagement opportunities.
• Identify and cultivate new donor relationships.
• Liaise with the Canadian board.
• Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM.
• Manage fundraising campaigns and small donor events.
