Responsibilities
Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Assist with daily routines including cleaning, cooking, and medication administration.
Participate with individuals in community, social, and recreational activities.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship
Ability to work individually and in a team
Ability to exercise good judgment in crisis situations
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
Education
High School Diploma or GED
