Job summary

Radius Fire Protection is seeking an Experienced Fire Protection Service Technician to safeguard lives and property by ensuring fire safety systems function effectively. You will perform maintenance and inspections on extinguishers, alarms, emergency lights, and sprinkler systems while on-call duties support customer needs.

The role requires ASTTBC certification in all four disciplines and a valid BC driver’s license.

Qualifications

• ASTTBC certification in extinguishers, emergency lights, fire alarms, and sprinklers is required.
• Valid BC Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass a basic driving test.
• Experience in the fire protection industry is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and inspection of fire extinguishers, fire alarms, emergency lights, and sprinkler systems.
• Fulfill on-call duties to support customer needs and service requirements.
• Arrive promptly at all scheduled meetings and appointments, in full uniform and equipped to complete assigned tasks.
• Efficiently complete daily schedules while maintaining a timely and organized workflow.
• Perform services in compliance with ASTTBC regulations, the BC Fire Code, and Municipal guidelines.
