Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and consultation on Canadian immigration programs (Express Entry, PNP, LMIA, Family Sponsorship, etc.).
- Assess client eligibility and recommend the most appropriate immigration pathway.
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications in accordance with IRCC and CICC guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each client.
- Stay current with Canadian immigration laws, procedures, and policy changes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and manage expectations throughout the immigration process.
- Collaborate with internal staff (case processors, client service team) to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements:- Active license and good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in handling Canadian immigration cases.
- In-depth knowledge of IRCC processes, documentation, and timelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English (other languages are an asset).
