We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our fast-paced and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a superstar professional who is eager to expand their expertise and thrive in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will manage Permanent Residence (PR) applications and handle our complex temporary applications, including Temporary Resident Permits (TRPs).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a high volume of Permanent Residence applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
  • Handle complex temporary resident applications, including TRPs, study permits, and work permits, providing expert advice and representation.
  • Provide in-depth consultations to clients, assessing eligibility and advising on the best immigration pathways.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to Canadian immigration laws and policies.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Maintain accurate client records and case management systems.
  • Represent clients before immigration authorities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), ideally you have an additional IRB designation or membership with a provincial law society.
  • Extensive experience managing Canadian Permanent Residence applications.
  • Proven experience handling complex temporary resident applications, including TRPs.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
