Job description

Immiland Law Professional Corporation is dedicated to assisting individuals in their journey to immigrate to Canada. We provide comprehensive guidance, analysis, and support through every stage of the immigration process.

Being in full growth within the company, we are looking for an Immigration Consultant who wants to join our team full-time. The consultant will represent clients through consultations and applications. This position offers long-term growth opportunities within the company based on personal and professional ambitions, reflecting the consultant's work performance, initiatives, and sense of belonging.

Job Duties
  • Provide immigration consultations to clients to evaluate their profiles and recommend the best immigration pathways, such as study permits, work permits, express entry, etc.
  • Manage applications to be submitted to IRCC, including filling out forms, drafting letters of motivation, compiling supporting documents, and handling each process from start to finish for each client.
  • Stay updated with recent changes in Canadian immigration laws.
  • Monitor application progress.
  • Create, maintain, and collect all necessary information for each client's immigration process.
  • Fill out electronic forms with client information following ICCRC regulations.
  • Participate proactively in paralegal training.
  • Follow up with clients after consultations to close contracts, demonstrating high responsibility.
  • Participate in social media videos promoting Immiland Canada's team of consultants.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English at an advanced level; French is a plus.
  • 1-5 years of experience in the field.
  • High level of organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills with high analytical thinking, aligning with company values and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and professionalism with co-workers and clients.
  • Flexible and autonomous.
  • Willingness to participate in YouTube videos to attract clients and demonstrate confidence in the company.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with software and technological programs for managing client documents; open to learning new systems.
  • Receptive to feedback and personal growth.
  • Valid ICCRC / IRCC license.
