Are you passionate about guiding clients through the complexities of immigration? Ardent Law Group is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Immigration Consultant to join our team. As an integral part of our growing company, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families navigate their immigration journey.

• Assess and advise clients on tailored immigration solutions
• Prepare and file applications accurately and on time
• Conduct consultations and provide clear guidance on immigration processes
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction
• Write informative blogs and content for our website and social media
• Provide expert case management support and internal policy advice
• Experience with Nova Scotia PNP and AIP
• Expertise in handling study permit and post-graduation work permit cases
• Knowledge of Visitor Visa and Super Visa applications
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in telemarketing or sales (a plus)
• CICC License (RCIC) is a MUST
• Minimum 1-year experience in immigration consulting
• Cantonese and / or Mandarin proficiency
