Job summary

WBM Technologies Inc. is seeking an IMAC Deployment Technician for a 5-month temporary role in Regina, Saskatchewan. The position involves onsite deployments and remote support for EUC clients, delivering efficient Install, Move, Add, Change services in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will learn new technologies, adapt quickly, and grow with the team. A bilingual English/French capability is preferred, with a high school diploma and 1–2 years of IMAC experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent in both French and English is preferred.
• 1-2 years of IMAC experience is preferred.
• Good communication, time management and mathematical skills are expected.
• Dependable and reliable with a strong sense of detail.
• Attention to documentation and accurate reporting is valued.
• Basic knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Clean criminal record and driving abstract are desirable.

Currently, we have an opportunity available for an IMAC Deployment Technician to work in onsite with our EUC clients.

The open position we have is a 5-month temporary position, with the possibility of an extension.

In this technical position, you will provide onsite or remote deployment and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services to our clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to and resolving client requests with a focus on exceeding our customer’s expectations. You will be constantly learning new technology and be driven to learn and grow in your role every day.
