ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to enhance nursing practice quality within our home health network. The RN will follow standards of care, implement patient care plans, and work with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes in the community.
The role requires a wound care certification, provincial licensure, and ability to collaborate with physicians and staff while maintaining patient safety and continuity of care. A reliable vehicle is preferred for community visits.
The IWCC RN will enhance the effective management and quality of nursing practice daily in keeping with the standards and expectations set out by governing bodies and internal policies and standards of care.
Must have completed a certified course in Wound Care at a University level.For Union Jobs, please refer to the collective agreement and provide the following additional information in the Job Description:
