Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in wealth advisory, securities regulations, risk management and compliance.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a strategic plan.
• Strong capability in evaluating, designing, and leading the implementation of operational processes.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment applicable to the investment management industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the International Investment Advisory (IIA) Branch operations across Toronto and Latin America.
• Coach advisors and execute Total Wealth solutions adoption and delivery.
• Drive branch sales initiatives, growth in assets and revenue, and recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and minimize financial risk for the branch.
• Develop staffing plans with the Branch Manager to meet advisor needs.
• Support strategic growth and effective branch performance.
