Job summary

Alberta has officially entered a regulated market for iGaming, and AGLC oversees market integrity and responsible gambling. As the iGaming Technical Assurance Analyst, you will conduct technical assessments of gaming suppliers to ensure compliant delivery of equipment and services.

Reporting to the Manager, iGaming ATF Oversight, you will review technology submissions, assess architecture and testing methodologies, and support regulatory decisions in a growing industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology required.
• 5+ years in iGaming platforms with regulatory exposure.
• Experience evaluating technology for compliance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Review operator submissions and verify regulatory compliance.
• Analyze architecture, vulnerability testing, and ATF methodologies.
• Advise on system design, regulatory standards, and supplier risk.
• Identify compliance risks and propose process improvements.
• Synthesize technical info into clear regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with regulators, internal teams, and external partners.
