Alignerr Corp. is seeking an IAM Analyst to help train and evaluate AI models by analyzing real-world identity and access control scenarios.

You will study IAM, SSO, and zero-trust concepts to identify weaknesses and risk in access designs while shaping how AI systems reason about security. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on IAM experience, familiarity with Okta/Azure AD/Ping/SailPoint, and a strong grasp of RBAC and least-privilege concepts.

• 2+ years of hands-on IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms.
• Solid understanding of RBAC and least-privilege principles; experienced with access review workflows.
• Familiar with how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in real environments.
• Detail-oriented and able to communicate technical concepts clearly in writing.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments.

What You'll Do

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failure modes
• Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for correctness and risk

Who You Are

• Prior experience with AI, data labeling, or model evaluation workflows
