Upsun is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to advance identity management and access governance across our remote, global team. You will own Okta-based identity, automate provisioning, and ensure scalable, auditable processes in a primarily SaaS-driven environment.

You will collaborate across IT disciplines, maintain Google Workspace administration, and contribute to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance in a fully remote setting. Experience in a developer-led culture is preferred.

Formación

• Deep hands-on experience with Okta or a comparable identity provider (SSO, SCIM, lifecycle automation).
• Typically 5+ years in IT systems, identity, or access engineering in engineering-heavy environments.
• Automation using Okta Workflows, n8n; API-driven provisioning.
• Experience running SaaS-based environments with identity and APIs at the core.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audit requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Own identity and access management, including SSO integrations and directory hygiene.
• Automate provisioning/deprovisioning and maintain SCIM provisioning in sync with HR systems.
• Structure procedures around the identity plane and ensure consistent governance.
• Own internal SaaS stack administration, including Google Workspace administration and integration with HR systems.
• Support compliance engineering with evidence-based access controls and audit trails.
