Job summary

PCL Industrial Management Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking an ICT Specialist to advance Integrated Construction Technology on project teams. You will coordinate models, support VDC tools, and drive BIM processes under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or related diploma and 2–4 years of construction experience, with hands-on knowledge of 3D modeling, 4D scheduling, and trade coordination. Join a people-focused, employee-owned team and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a buildings-industry related discipline (AEC, civil, architectural).
• 2 to 4 years of construction-related experience, including 1 to 2 years in Virtual Design and Construction.
• Ability to read and translate 2D/3D drawings into 3D/4D BIM models under supervision.
• Knowledge of construction sequences and technology implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build, review or validate virtual models from plans and elevations.
• Coordinate construction-site logistics models with the project team.
• Supervise trade detailing and design deliverables.
• Assist with VDC tools adoption and BIM execution planning.
• Coordinate RFIs and support model compliance checks.
