Job summary

Soleno is seeking an ICI Sales and Specifications Representative for Central Ontario (Durham, Peterborough, GTA). You will develop territory plans, manage the full sales cycle and visit field partners including contractors and infrastructure experts.

This role requires strong technical aptitude, proven sales experience in construction materials, and the ability to translate complex specs into client value. Travel across the territory is expected, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of construction tendering and distribution channels (preferred).
• Ability to translate technical information into customer value.
• Excellent communication, presentation and follow-up.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) Sales and Specifications Representative for the Central Ontario: Durham, Peterborough, Greater Toronto Area.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on revenue, market penetration and new accounts.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead identification through quotation, negotiation and order conversion.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of construction, tendering and distribution channels (preferred).

• Strong organization, autonomy, accountability and results orientation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and follow-up.
• Must be comfortable with frequent travel throughout the territory.
• Valid driver’s licence.
