Role: Manufacturing Shift Supervisor

As a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor, you will lead the production team during your shift, coordinate with departments such as SHE, QA, UMS, Logistics, and Mix to meet targets related to safety, quality, efficiency, volume, and waste. You will champion factory operating practices and uphold safety and morale as core values, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Coordinate and prioritize resources to meet shift targets for OEE, waste, safety, and QA.
• Deliver shift targets and participate in weekly production planning.
• Ensure safety and environmental procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and action waste control measures.
• Capture data and transfer top loss data to the next shift.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve problems using appropriate tools.
• Work with QC to ensure quality and food safety programs are executed (HACCP, CCP, OPRP, etc.).
• Coordinate with other functions for seamless production output.
• Act as incident commander during shifts and coordinate SHE/Q incidents.
• Ensure completion of shift reports and risk management activities.
• Adjust production plans as needed to mitigate risks.
• Manage employee discipline, coaching, and reviews.
• Lead daily meetings and participate in improvement initiatives.
• Support projects for individual growth and operational excellence.
