The City of Windsor is hiring an Arena Skate Patrol student to monitor public skating areas, assist skaters, and enforce safety rules across community arenas. This role supports Parks, Recreation & Facilities operations and offers exposure to a dynamic municipal environment.

Ideal candidates are at least 15 years old, current full-time students, and able to work evenings and weekends. You must be an accomplished skater with good customer service and a commitment to safety.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 15 years of age at time of application.
• Must be an accomplished ice skater with strong customer service and public relations skills.
• Must be attending school full-time and returning to full-time attendance in September 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor behaviour of public skaters to ensure health and safety.
• Assist skaters as required.
• Provide safe supervision on and off the ice per safety rules.
• Prepare incident reports as required.
• Perform Occupational Health and Safety duties as per the corporate program.
• Other related duties as assigned.
