Job summary

Realign Llc in Toronto, ON, seeks an experienced IBMS (Operative BMS) Techno-Functional Analyst to support Operative IBMS/BMS, perform SQL-based troubleshooting, and ensure smooth scheduling, ad sales, traffic and billing workflows in a broadcast environment.

You will provide L1-L3 support, manage incidents through ticketing tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work in VDI/VPN environments to resolve data issues and drive RCA and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Operative IBMS/BMS and related systems.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Helpdesk/EUC application support.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools.
• Understanding of broadcast/media workflows (scheduling, ad sales, traffic and billing).

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 application support for Operative IBMS/BMS in a helpdesk environment.
• Troubleshoot scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing modules.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and user queries through ticketing tools.
• Perform SQL-based troubleshooting, data validation, and corrective fixes.
• Investigate data inconsistencies and system integration issues.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support user access, application configurations, and minor enhancements.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IBMS (Operative BMS) Techno-Functional Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Operative IBMS/BMS, application support, and SQL-based troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of broadcast/media workflows and experience supporting scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing applications.

Key Responsibilities
