Job description

Arobas Personnel is currently seeking an experienced IAM Technical Expert for a contract position with one of our clients based in Montreal or Brossard.

*Remote : Hybrid-*

Are you passionate about identity governance and automation? In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, while also collaborating with stakeholders to drive process automation and operational efficiency.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Design and implement new features and enhancements within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Recommend and develop strategies to streamline and automate IAM processes, improving both efficiency and security.
• Analyze recurring issues in SailPoint IIQ and contribute to the resolution of known problems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and implement workflow and process automation.
• Translate business needs into robust and scalable technical requirements.
• Define and manage automation, testing, and defect tracking using JIRA.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and configurations in Confluence.

This position requires deep technical expertise in IAM tools, especially SailPoint IIQ, along with strong scripting and development skills and a solid understanding of risk management and IAM best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management roles, with demonstrated progression in technical responsibility.
• 3–5 years of experience within Information Security environments.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• 2–4 years of programming/scripting experience using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience building and maintaining ServiceNow workflows and Service Portals.
• Familiarity with secure software development practices and life cycles.
• Background in Cybersecurity.
