Work Environment

About You

We seek a skilled IAM Analyst to manage, optimize, and secure user authentication and authorization using the Auth0 platform. You will help build our next-generation IAM framework to ensure secure, seamless, and scalable authentication for millions of customers.

Responsibilities

Strategic & Design-Focused

• Monitor and resolve authentication issues, such as login failures and token errors
• Support developers and end users technically
• Ensure Auth0 configurations comply with security standards (e.g., NIST, GDPR)
• Optimize configurations for scalability and efficiency
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices
• Train users and developers on Auth0 platform usage
• Participate in cross-functional IAM projects
• Assist in defining authentication and authorization best practices (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, SAML, adaptive authentication)
• Support IAM governance, security policies, and integration with Azure AD
• Collaborate with Security, DevOps, Engineering, and Product teams to align IAM strategies

Hands-On Implementation & Operations

• Configure and deploy Auth0 for various applications
• Implement OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect protocols
• Manage access scopes, permissions, and security measures like RBAC
• Issue, validate, and revoke JWTs
• Integrate APIs and applications with Auth0
• Manage user identities, roles, and lifecycle
• Monitor performance and usage metrics
• Implement MFA, passwordless, and risk-based authentication
• Maintain IAM monitoring, logging, and anomaly detection

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Information Security
• Expertise in IAM and authentication pipelines
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman
• Strong knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, API security
• Experience with programming languages (JavaScript, Node.js)
• Experience integrating IAM with customer applications (React, Angular, Python, .NET, C#)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab)
• Proficiency in IAM automation (Terraform, PowerShell)
• Knowledge of WebAuthn, FIDO2, Passkeys, passwordless authentication
• Familiarity with identity analytics, fraud detection, and risk scoring tools
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Auth0 Certified Expert, Azure Security Engineer, CIAM)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
