Job summary

Skillhub Solutions Inc. in Montreal, QC seeks an Analyst, Identity Access Management to safeguard access to IT systems in alignment with security policies. You will manage accounts, grant and revoke access, and support IAM operations.

Reporting to the Team Lead, IT Security, you will collaborate with IT and security teams, participate in audits and reviews, and help implement IAM controls including SSO and MFA across environments.

Qualifications

• College diploma or higher in Computer Sciences.
• Six to nine years of IT experience, including three to five years in IAM.
• Hands-on IAM experience with authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Forti Authenticator, and AD Manager.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR compliance.
• Excellent English and French communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and revoke user access; configure employee accounts and appropriate access levels.
• Administer identity and access management tools and enforce IAM policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot access requests and authentication issues.
• Work with security and IT teams to improve access controls and support high-quality deployments.
• Support audits, reporting, quarterly ITGC certifications, and reviews of application and process controls.
• Assist with IAM project planning and investigate security issues.
