Job summary

Raise is hiring an Access Governance Coordinator for one of our top clients in Toronto. The role is hybrid, based in Toronto, ON, with a 6-month contract and potential extension. You will coordinate access governance activities across IAM platforms and support governance campaigns.

Responsibilities include data validation, attestation, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in IAM, experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar, and strong Excel

Qualifications

• IAM or access governance experience (1–3 years)
• Experience supporting access certification/attestation campaigns
• SailPoint IdentityIQ or equivalent experience
• Advanced Excel with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Knowledge of least privilege, RBAC, joiner/mover/leaver processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate access certification campaigns across IAM platforms.
• Plan campaigns, schedule, scope, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Extract, validate, reconcile, and analyze access data.
• Monitor progress and track overdue reviews.
• Escalate non-compliance and high-risk access issues.
• Prepare governance reports, trackers, and evidence.
• Assist with audits and remediation tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and automation.
• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and risk stakeholders.
• Apply provisioning/deprovisioning concepts to attestations.
