Job summary

BBA Consultants in Mont-Saint-Hilaire seeks a leader for its Civil and Structural Engineering department. You will manage the department, mentor managers and develop talent while coordinating with project teams nationwide and internationally.

You will drive technical excellence in hydropower projects, oversee resource planning, budgets and performance, and promote client relationships and business development in a collaborative, ethical culture.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Recognized technical expertise in energy sector civil/structural engineering, with proven hydroelectric and industrial infrastructure experience.
• Proven experience managing teams, developing talent and mentoring technical leaders.
• Ability to exercise leadership and influence across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead department management and leadership across Civil and Structural Engineering.
• Develop talent, mentor managers and promote collaboration across offices and departments.
• Promote knowledge sharing, innovation and best practices within the department.
• Support business development and build long-term client relationships.
