Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in earth sciences. Master’s degree in hydrogeology strongly preferred.
• Licensed Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.).
• Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required for travel to job sites/clients.

Job Description
As our new Hydrogeologist, you will join a dynamic and experienced team supporting our infrastructure, land development, and mining business lines. As a member of our Hydrogeology and Hydrology team, you will bring demonstrated skills and experience executing hydrogeological investigative and monitoring work, and in providing practical solutions to address the characterization, development, management, protection, and remediation of groundwater resources. In addition to strong technical skills, you’ll also have a solid background in the development of technical scopes of work, proposal preparation, and the successful delivery of projects, meeting high standards for quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
You will also:
• Undertake field work and help oversee the collection of information by junior scientists/hydrogeologists.
• Analyze and interpret hydrogeological information and prepare hydrogeological technical reports for submission to clients and regulators.
• Support permitting applications including EASR registration, PTTW application, and discharge agreement.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hydrogeological findings and interpretations with those of other scientific, planning, and engineering disciplines.
• Help ensure successful project delivery with respect to health & safety, scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals and contribute to the development and execution of service line, business sector, and client business development plans.
• Liaise and build relationships with clients and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Mentor junior hydrogeologists and participate in internal and external training/mentorship opportunities.
