Job summary

Fresh Prep is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Vancouver, BC, to support loading pallets, shipping supplies, and inventory control across our production facilities. This hybrid role combines on-site warehouse duties with truck-related tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will operate a 20ft+ box truck, use forklift/power jack/pallet jack, and work with Fishbowl to manage inter-building inventory. Applicants should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience driving a box truck.
• Experience using a pallet and/or power jack.
• Ability to work in a high-paced warehouse environment with strict deadlines.
• Attention to detail, care and meticulousness.
• Ability to stand on your feet.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs (23 kgs).
• Willing to work afternoon, evenings and weekend shifts, as required based on operational needs.
• A team-orientation person with a positive attitude, who is always seeking personal and professional growth

Responsibilities

• This is a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate will split their time between loading pallet racks in the warehouse and onto the truck, and preparing, shipping and unloading our production supplies between our facilities
• Driving a 20ft+ box truck
• Using heavy equipment including but not limited to: Forklift, power jack, pallet jack
• Using Fishbowl inventory software to transfer inventory between buildings.
• Assist other departments in acquisition and locating products within the warehouse facilities.
• Optimize product utilization through inventory organization and FIFO practices.
• Maintain inventory lists and complete on site inventory checks as needed and requested by Production and Purchasing.
• Other tasks assigned to support Warehouse and other Production departments.
