Colliers in Toronto is seeking a Client Transaction Specialist to partner with high-revenue landlord and tenant teams. You will manage premium client experiences, coordinate listing launches, and prepare marketing materials while advancing national account strategy.

The role requires a Real Estate License and 3+ years of commercial real estate experience, with landlord experience preferred. A hybrid work model is offered in Downtown Toronto.

Qualifications

• Real estate license required.
• 3+ years experience in commercial real estate.
• Landlord experience highly preferred.
• MS Suite proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for regional platinum accounts and manage client meetings.
• Coordinate onboarding for new listings and ensure smooth launch workflows.
• Prepare and maintain premium marketing materials and digital campaigns for listings.
• Provide market advisory on GTA activity, trends, and asset positioning.
• Support national account strategy with the Landlord Lead and Managing Directors.
