Job summary

Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking a Senior TIPS Analyst to oversee administration, governance, and enhancements of the production accounting system. The role collaborates with Production Accounting, Commercial, and Operations to ensure accurate invoicing, revenue allocation, and data integrity.

The position emphasizes system configuration, audit readiness, and process improvements within a hybrid work setting in Calgary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• CPA designation or progress toward it is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated experience supporting TIPS or similar production accounting systems.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with SAP, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of production accounting, invoicing, revenue allocation, and master data management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain TIPS system master data, contracts, rates, pricing, and invoicing configurations.
• Lead testing, change requests, and ensure audit trails and governance.
• Provide user support and guidance to Production Accounting, Commercial, Operations, and Finance.
• Lead business testing for enhancements, upgrades, and deployments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost data quality and efficiency.
• Engage stakeholders and translate contracts into accurate TIPS configurations.
