Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional programs bridging enterprise applications and oil & gas operations in a hybrid Edmonton area role. You will drive multi-workstream programs from business case through go-live and adoption.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program management, with 3+ years in oil and gas, and deep experience with ERP/EAM and SCADA-adjacent systems. Strong stakeholder management and governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program/project management, with 3+ years in the oil & gas industry.
• Experience managing enterprise application programs (ERP/EAM) such as SAP, Oracle or Maximo.
• Strong understanding of oil & gas business processes, terminology, and field operations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar program budgets and large cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream programs spanning ERP, EAM and oil & gas functions.
• Partner with operations, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and governance.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans across multiple projects.
• Manage program risk, issues, dependencies, and change control; escalate blockers proactively.
• Act as liaison between IT teams and field/operations stakeholders to align solutions with operations.
• Oversee vendor and systems integrator relationships, including contracts and milestones.
• Drive organizational readiness, training, and change management for adoption.
• Report program status, risks, and financials to sponsors and steering committees.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, environmental, and data governance requirements.
• Mentor PMs and contribute to PMO standards and best practices.
