Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior IT Procurement Advisor to manage complex software procurement, renewals, SaaS agreements and cloud subscriptions within the Operational IT Procurement Team. The role partners with IT, Legal, Finance and Information Security to deliver timely, compliant and commercially effective outcomes.

You will lead negotiations, advise stakeholders and support the development of direct reports while maintaining robust procurement records and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT software procurement and renewals.
• Ability to negotiate software contracts and SaaS agreements.
• Strong stakeholder management across IT, Legal and Finance.
• Familiarity with licensing models and commercial terms.
• Knowledge of procurement governance and record-keeping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex IT software procurement requests from intake through approval and completion.
• Lead commercial negotiations for software purchases, renewals, SaaS agreements, cloud subscriptions and related contracts.
• Review supplier proposals, pricing structures and licensing models for value and risk.
• Collaborate with Legal and control functions on contract terms and conditions.
• Support renewal planning and lifecycle activities to meet timelines.
