Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support secure Salesforce solutions. You will work with Apex, data models, and integrations in a hybrid environment, contributing to CI/CD and DevOps teams.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, users, and teams to validate requirements, develop iteratively, and ensure high-quality delivery across Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Salesforce experience, preferably with Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models and integration concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce development, Apex, and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and integrate Salesforce solutions using agile methods.
• Develop and execute automated and functional tests throughout the lifecycle.
• Apply best practices, architecture patterns, and security standards.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.
• Collaborate on technical decisions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Deliver scalable integrations with APIs and enterprise applications.
