Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software implementation project management experience.
• Client-facing experience translating technical concepts to business language.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and partners in a complex setting.
• Proven leadership and strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of initiatives for airline, cruise, rail, and loyalty partners.
• Define objectives, scope, requirements, timelines, and milestones.
• Track risks, issues, quality, and decisions to stay on course.
• Collaborate with build teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Use AI thoughtfully to reduce manual work while preserving human review.
