Job summary

SE Health is seeking a technically skilled professional to support, implement, and integrate Unified Communications and RingCentral Voice solutions. You will maintain the RingCentral platform, troubleshoot voice and SIP issues, support deployments and upgrades, and collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years deploying or supporting a RingCentral Voice environment including CM/SMGR/SM and Ring Central SBC
• Experience deploying or supporting Ring Central software-based endpoints (Workspaces, Ring Central Desk Phones)
• Experience configuring Ring Central SIP/H.323 devices and troubleshooting SIP environments

Responsibilities

• Upgrade, deploy and support RingCentral Voice environments.
• Provide support, implementation/integration on RingCentral platform at SE Health.
• Deploy and support Ring Central endpoints (Workspaces, Desk Phones).
• Use JIRA to enter information and track service requests; capture traces/logs as required.
• Perform SOP-based software upgrades, updates and patches in production environments.
• Coordinate with Engineers to dispatch resources to site as required.
• Provide customers with status updates and document progress in ticketing system.
• Review solution design and create Visio diagrams detailing integration (IP addresses, node names, rack layout).
• Communicate with Project Manager on tasks, targets and acceptance tests (UAT).
• Escalate outstanding items to RingCentral Support Group.
