Job summary

SE Health seeks a technical UC professional to support, implement, and integrate RingCentral Voice solutions from Markham, ON. You will maintain the RingCentral platform, troubleshoot voice/SIP issues, support deployments and upgrades, and coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery.

Responsibilities include deploying and upgrading RC CM/SMGR/SM, RC SBC, RC Workspaces, and Desk Phones; using JIRA for tickets; capturing traces; and providing timely

Qualifications

Experience deploying or supporting RingCentral Voice environments.
Proficient with CM/SMGR/SM and RingCentral SBC.
Experience with SIP/H.323 deployments and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Review and implement, upgrade and support RingCentral products listed in scope.
Upgrade, deploy and support Ring Central Voice environments.
Provide customer with status updates and document progress in JIRA.
Create diagrams and scope when starting a project; participate in kick-off calls.
Coordinate with PM and customer resources to gather required information.
