Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Record tenant receivable activity to the appropriate accounting system of record.
• Input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects, and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure tenant billings and payments for assigned properties are processed timely and accurately.
• Coordinate cash management activities.
