The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions, conduct showings, prepare offers, and guide clients through the purchase or sale process. Qualifications

Valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of Real Estate regulations.
Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
Comfort using digital tools, real estate platforms, and CRM systems to manage listings and client interactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment including in-person meetings in Vaughan, ON.
