Job summary

ClaimsPro LP is seeking an Intermediate Property Adjuster for a hybrid role in Markham, ON. You will handle property claims, support field requests in GTA East, and work with a team of adjusters across Canada. The role emphasizes customer service, timely follow-up, and accurate damage assessment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of property claims experience, and possess or pursue CIP designation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Docusketch is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience handling property claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive)
• License to practice adjuster in Ontario or pursuing CIP designation

Responsibilities

• Prompt contact and follow-up with policyholders and claimants.
• Investigate causes and report findings with recommendations.
• Scope damages using available tools (e.g., Docusketch) and establish quantum of damages.
• Identify exposures, advise reserves, coordinate investigations, and negotiate settlements.
• Provide high level customer service throughout the claims process.
