Job summary

Priceline Careers seeks a Product Manager for Packages to own the checkout, booking steps, and post-booking experiences. You’ll influence across Checkout, Flights, Hotels, Rental Cars, and Customer Care to maximize conversion and revenue.

You’ll collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions, using AI and analytics to improve efficiency and personalization at scale. Hybrid work with two in-office days supports this strategic role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience in ecommerce or travel.
• Experience operating within a Product Operating Model with Agile.
• Customer-focused, data-driven decision maker.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
• Familiarity with Elixir/Java/Node.js is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your Packages team.
• Balance delivery of new customer-facing features with technical debt remediation and platform work.
• Lead backlog prioritization, sequencing, and refinement with engineering and design leads.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Marketing, and Engineering teams (Elixir, Java, Node.js).
• Leverage data, real-time analytics, and A/B testing to measure product performance against OKRs/KPIs.
• Identify AI opportunities to modernize legacy search and booking processes.
